EKSA Audit Implementation

Serdang 9 September 2020, the audit of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) for the purpose of the Workplace Environmental Quality Award in conjunction with HKIP 2022 was held at the office of the Admissions Division and Academic Governance Division (BK&BAKD) by the designated auditors. Two (2) auditors were involved, namely Puan Nurainakmal binti Kamal Bahrin (Chief Auditor) and Dr. Nur Hana binti Faujan.

The Opening Meeting of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem Audit (EKSA) was held at 10.00 am chaired by Puan Norliya binti Yahya, coordinator of EKSA Admission Division and Academic Governance Division. In addition, he also presented the journey and achievements of EKSA.

The audit began at 10.15am and was conducted in the Sapphire Zone. Throughout the audit, the focus was on the aspects emphasized in the EKSA criteria such as the impact of Go Green and corporate image as well as the existing practices in the previous 5S which are aspects of office hygiene, security aspects and so on. auditing takes about 2 hours.

The closing discussion was held at 12.00pm. During the closing discussion, the Auditors informed the overall performance at BK & BAKD, UPM is good only a few improvements need to be made to some of the things that need to be done.
