a. Completed and signed application form

b. Certified true copies of company registration documents(Form 9 / Section 17, Form 24 / Section 24 & Form 49 / Section 14 – Malaysia OR equivalent documents from home country)

d. New business plan outlining strategies and activities to promote and recruit students
e. Certified true copy of company bank account with latest bank statement
