JOM MASUK IPT 2022 (PHASE 1)

The Section of Academic Promotion, Division of Admission and Division of Academic Governance participated in the Jom Masuk IPT 2022 (Phase 1) organized by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE)for the  face to face  event. The event was implemented well and orderly, as well as in accordance with guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP) has been set by Ministry of Health Malaysia.

 Jom Masuk IPT 2022 aims to provide exposure to SPM, STPM and equivalent candidates who wish to obtain information on study programs offered by Institutions of Higher Learning (IPT). Polytechnics, Community Colleges, and Public Skills Training Institutions (ILKA). A total of 21 Public Institutions of Higher Learning (IPTA), including Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and 24 Private Institutions of Higher Learning (IPTS) participated during the program.

This program also joined by several Public Skills Training Institutions (ILKA), Agencies or Ministries such as Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) and Malaysia Qualifications Agency (MQA).

 Jom Masuk IPT 2022 Program Schedule as follows: -

• Zone 1 North (Pulau Pinang): (5 & 6 February 2022)

• Zone 2 North (Perak): (12 & 13 February 2022)

 Borneo Convention Center Kuching (BCCK)

Despite the danger threat of covid-19 pandemic, the Jom Masuk IPT 2022 programme has received overwhelming response from visitors comprising applicants, parents, guardians, guidance, and counselling teachers as well as the public who provided 100% support in this programme.

The Section of Academic Promotion, Division of Admission and Division of Academic Governance Universiti Putra Malaysia wishes all the best for the UPU Online applicants for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.
