How To Apply

If you’ve decided on your course, there are a few steps to follow before you can enrol in an undergraduate programme.

  1. The application is only online CLICK HERE
  2. Please email the application form (downloaded from the application system) and supporting documents in a SINGLE pdf file to admission_ug.docs@upm.edu.my

    EMAIL SUBJECT: APPLICANT NAME; PASSPORT NO. AND NAME OF PROGRAMMES

 
  • A passport – size photo with blue background;
 
  • A copy of passport (first page). The passport must be valid for at least two (2) years prior to expiry date;
 
  •  A copy of transcript & school leaving certificate (must be translated if issued in other than English Language);
 
  • A copy of English language certificate (IELTS/TOEFL IBT/MUET/ CIEP etc).
 
  • A non-refundable USD65.00 application fee. Payment can be made via:

            UPM Payment Gateway.  Or flywire

An applicant may submit your application of admission without English Language prociciency certificate. If your application is successful, you may receive a provisional offer letter.
